Mindy Goldsmith

Mindy Goldsmith leads Product Development, Experience Design, Strategy and Operations. Mindy has worked in the Payor industry for 20 years, gaining rich cross-functional experience in Benefit Operations, Business Intelligence, Market Research, Strategy and Planning and all-things-Product. As a seasoned Product, Experience Design, and Implementation leader, she is passionate about using analytical and creative thinking to intentionally deliver on unmet needs, building not only tangible products and solutions, but creating purposeful experiences around them. Mindy is a dot-connector and loves working directly with end users and customers to innovate, curate and drive results. Mindy received a BS from Wilmington College, an MHA from Xavier University, and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management with minors in Analytical Consulting, Management and Strategy and Marketing.
